  7. licensed to you by Sierra On-Line.  You may copy it onto a computer
  8. for your own personal use and you may make back up copies of the

  10. be used by more than one person, and may be freely moved from one
  11. computer location to another provided that there is no possibility
  12. of the software being used at one location or on one computer while
  13. it is being used at another.  The software can not legally be used
  14. by two different people in different places at the same time.  You
  15. may not modify, network, rent, lease, loan, distribute the software
  16. or create derivative works based upon the software in whole or in
  17. part, and you may not electronically transmit the software from one

  21. the Redistributable Code licensed to Sierra On-Line, Inc. by Microsoft
  22. Corporation, Inc. together with Microsoft operating system products.
  23. All intellectual property rights in Microsoft's Redistributable Code
  24. contained in this product belong exclusively to Microsoft Corporation,
  25. Inc.

  29. Sierra warrants the diskette(s) to be free of defects in materials and
  30. workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.  Sierra
  31. On-Line's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will
  32. be replacement of the disk.

  34. SIERRA ON-LINE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS 
  35. OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF 
  36. MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
